半隻燻雞255，去頭去尾正好一盒。味道不錯如果不配飯有點鹹，骨肉皮幾乎分離的燻雞超軟爛，非常適合上了年紀的老朋友食用。雞肉多汁香甜，真不愧是礁溪伴手禮之一，也難怪要冷卻以後才能切，因為滿滿的雞汁如果流光了真的可惜。如果喜歡土雞的緊實口感，建議不要選燻雞。
