有股特殊的甜味與香味，口感也有所不同，下次來礁溪玩會再訪。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上一家沒吃到青草臭豆腐，走路經過看到這家店為了臭豆腐進來的。
給這家店三星的原因，是臭豆腐完全沒有炸臭豆腐該有的元素。
味道跟臭味都滿清淡的，沒有特別感受到青草的差異。豆腐口感很嫩、很濕，吃起來像雞蛋豆腐一樣，但其實期待會是蓬鬆的口感。最後是外表應該是低溫油炸很久，吃起來油膩而且完全不脆，連剛出鍋都不脆。醬料完全就是早餐店的醬油膏，完全不搭。泡菜給得也很少。
也許他們家另一個招牌蚵仔煎是好吃的。沒吃過不予評論。

Finally, the appearance should be deep-fried at low temperature for a long time, and it tastes greasy and not crispy at all, not even when it is just out of the pan. The sauce is completely the soy sauce paste from the breakfast shop, which doesn't match at all. Kimchi was also given very little.
Maybe their other signature oyster omelette is delicious. Haven't tried it, no comment.
