這家老闆非常不專業!這週我開奧迪Q5 帶家人去宜蘭散心,結果突然引擎和EPC亮燈,找了當地這家廠,打電話過去說明了車子目前情況,如果是專修奧迪的師傅通常會有初步研判造成故障的可能原因,可是這家店卻沒有讓我得到可能的答案,只說一定要過去插電腦檢查才能知道是什麼問題。我想好吧,人生地不熟只能先過去再說。到了店內,老闆才剛開引擎蓋,看了一下就高聲說:哎呦⋯怎麼漏那麼多油,啊你這個大條了!我直覺告訴我這老闆在虛張聲勢,接下來好把我當盤子削。我感覺不對勁,跟他說,我的車會吃機油,這個油漬是我加機油時漏下去的沒擦乾淨,同時我就撥電話給我的奧迪技師告訴他車子目前發生的情況。同時間,店老闆插電腦後說是引擎第四缸熄火,我的奧迪技師建議是三、四缸的考爾對調發動試試,就知道是不是考爾造成問題,如果不是就可能是汽缸本體的問題(專業的技術馬上能說出這樣的話)。這時老闆要拆考爾檢查一下,我說好,結果拆老半天拆不下來,轉頭說我的車是環保材質脆化導致不好拆,可是我上次看奧迪技師拆考爾一分鐘就拆下來了。後來當然他還是拆不下來,然後他轉而要下廢氣回收閥的螺絲,我看到馬上跟他說,拆考爾不需要動這個,因為廢氣回收閥有油封,拆了以後沒有新油封,裝回去會漏油。結果老闆就見笑轉生氣,不僅不負責任的甩手不修了,怪我說不尊重他的專業,還說他也知道要3、4缸考爾對調,為什麼還要打電話給技師!(原來是為這個生氣,可是現在連考爾都拆不下來要怎麼對調?)。然後我跟他解釋沒有不尊重他,只是提醒他不需要動到廢氣閥的螺絲,結果他還是面子掛不住生氣了。問題是,我發現不對勁的事情發生,難道要眼睜睜看著他繼續拆下去?然後拆完沒有新油封,裝回去漏油就算我倒霉?再者,他沒有解決問題,還因為這樣就不負責任甩手不管,開修理廠難道還看心情修車的嗎?後來當然就不歡而散,我就乾脆叫了拖車把車拖回台北了。真的不是錢的問題,是開店就是要提供客戶專業服務,不然幹嘛我們要去找這家店修?!

When I saw it, I immediately told him that Kaur did not need to move this because the exhaust gas recovery valve had an oil seal, and there was no new oil seal after it was removed. As a result, the boss became angry, not only was he irresponsible and did not fix it, he blamed me for not respecting his professionalism, and also said that he also knew that the 3 and 4 cylinder Kauls needed to be swapped, so why did he need to call the technician! (It turned out to be angry about this, but now even Kaur can't take it off, how do I reverse it?). Then I explained to him that I didn't disrespect him, just reminded him that he didn't need to move the screw of the waste valve, but he still couldn't hold his face and got angry. The question is, I found something wrong happened, should I just watch him continue to tear it down? Then after removing the oil seal, if there is no new oil seal, if I put it back and leak oil, even if I am unlucky? Furthermore, he didn't solve the problem, and because he was irresponsible and left his hands alone, does it still depend on the mood to repair the car when opening a repair shop? Later, of course, it broke up, and I simply called a tow truck to tow the car back to Taipei. It's not really about money, it's just to provide professional customer service when opening a store, otherwise why should we go to this store for repairs? !
