★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度佳，早午餐、甜點都很好吃。
四個人去吃早午餐，老闆說因為有人請假，做比較慢（但其實也沒等多久）所以先送我們一塊法芙娜巧克力蛋糕，超～級好吃，真的是入口即化！
早午餐的部分有吃到薯條、沙拉、火腿、德式香腸、塔塔醬烤吐司、歐姆蛋，每個都很好吃～

 Good service attitude, brunch and desserts are all delicious.
Four people went for brunch. The boss said that because some people asked for leave, it was relatively slow (but it didn't take long in fact) that they gave us a piece of Valrhona chocolate cake. It was super delicious and it really melted in the mouth!
For brunch, you can eat French fries, salad, ham, German sausage, grilled toast with tartar sauce, and omelette, all of which are delicious~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從宜蘭市吃到老闆搬來礁溪，這間蛋糕依舊是我們家每次來宜蘭時必吃的。今天第一次點抹茶卷來吃，抹茶香氣很濃郁。巧克力蛋糕甜而不膩。小伙子檸檬蛋糕依舊是小朋友喜愛的蛋糕！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從舊址跟到礁溪，這家當初意外發現的小店以及老闆的堅持未曾改變，一樣講究使用最好的原料，發酵奶油、小山圓抹茶等等，每一口的甜點都吃出老闆的用心，絕無添加香料，超推特濃抹茶捲、小伙子檸檬蛋糕跟檸檬塔。
手沖咖啡也是水準之上，老闆個性很靦腆但樂於分享，來礁溪務必要來試試看北部數一數二的特濃抹茶捲。
說真的，這家在台北一定爆紅XD
From the old site to Jiaoxi, this small shop that was accidentally discovered at the time and the owner’s persistence have not changed.
