應該有小隻魷魚一整隻的份量，只是沒有頭而已，一開始會是一串一串跟黃瓜串好的放在店面櫃子上，點完餐放到鍋子中滷，詢問辣度要多少，起鍋之後會淋上滿滿的沙茶醬汁，微辣吃起來香香的還是吃得到魷魚的味道，而且先煮熟再滷過還是保持了魷魚的口感。
推薦大家喜歡海鮮可以嘗試看看。（或是去排柯氏蔥油餅之前可以買這個一邊吃一邊排，反正我們是這樣啦，邊吃邊等，魷魚涮嘴！

但點鹹～要記得配飲料??

魷魚新鮮而且非常夠味，不愛吃魷魚的我看到這間蠻多人排隊，想說是多好吃不就是魷魚?，買一份來吃看看，想不到跟友人一吃同時說出：這也太好吃了吧，吃了一口下去驚為天人，完全顛覆我對魷魚的想像，魷魚又脆又Q、沙茶味非常香，好後悔只有買小份的?，以後每次有來宜蘭玩絕對都要來吃。
這間沙茶魷魚非常有記憶點，可以說是比起炸魷魚之類常吃的料理，這間算是很特別礁溪才有，吃了不會讓你嚇一跳但是眼睛會發光?
