那個麵皮搭配蔥的香味，真的絕配！

個人覺得比幾個路口前的有名某式蔥油餅更值得來吃吃看這種在地口味！
The delicious food in Jiaoxi, the fragrance of the dough and the way of the boss really make the dough crispy but not greasy!
That noodle with the scent of green onions is really a perfect match!

Personally, I think it is more worth eating and seeing this local taste than the famous scallion pancakes in front of a few intersections!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG. Seriously the best spring onion pie I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried many). Crispy on the outside, bursting with juicy spring onion inside. I stumbled upon this place when I saw a few people waiting. Very nice owners too. They may not have the hype that some of the other spring onion pie stalls in Jiaoxi have simply due to media exposure, but it should! I wish I could have these pockets of deliciousness in NYC.
