★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大份卜肉、糕渣各110元，兩道都非常適合買回配啤酒～糕渣外皮酥內軟嫩、撒上胡椒粉、更提升了糕渣的鮮味、冷掉也好吃，卜肉覺得粉有點多、偏甜一些，整體口味都不錯，櫃檯小哥親切、還會叮嚀小心糕渣燙口。

卜肉的口感不錯而且香，
糕渣吃起來比蘿蔔糕更加軟嫩多汁，
建議要稍微降溫一點再吃不然會燙到。
能吃辣的話..建議來點微微辣..更爽！

除了糕渣，卜肉，照燒皮蛋是店家力薦的商品之外這邊還提供宜蘭辦桌料理"糟餅"及豬、牛、羊等各式串燒選擇頗為豐富。但我還是買最愛的糕渣就好。
一樣以特製的精美包裝盛裝餐點。 外冷內熱的"糕渣"吃起來有點像炸豆腐。不過內部口感更為軟滑鮮美
在嘴裡有爆漿感，滋味表現個人相當喜歡，剛炸好時品嚐需特別當心燙口。就當著懷念一下羅東的滋味也不錯！
