This temple is dedicated to the Kaizhang Holy King, and has held the 2008 International Kaizhang Holy King Temple Friendship Association. It is now the core temple of the Yilan Kaizhang Holy King Temple Group Development Association. The location of this temple is the old Gemalan Society.
