1.業者行銷手法不符合照片，訂大人房卻給了一張大床與小孩床上下舖，造成分床困擾（我是跟團的）
2.浴室裡洗澡清潔不佳，地板有皂垢、浴缸有油漆斑點、晚上八點左右以後沒有熱溫泉水♨️（不知道是還要燒還是⋯早上七點又有熱水了?）洗臉盆有黃垢⋯
3.沒暖氣
4.早餐「吧費」的還可以，中西式一般大眾口味～
我本身是宜蘭三星人，我覺得既然要開業就要把各個地方弄到位，我感到非常的羞恥⋯
