這間中式早餐店其應該開很久了
因為以前我的眼裡只有崔記河粉蛋餅從沒注意過他(老闆娘表示...)
首次拜訪 蛋餅點完後就入座等吃
沒想到一放入口中‼️‼️驚艷四座‼️‼️
蓬鬆Q彈充滿嚼勁的餅皮，比粉漿蛋餅更耐人尋味!!!
加上不知哪來的idea點的是鮪魚口味，OMG！天作之合❤️
二訪之後看了下，
吼唷！原來是炸蛋蔥油餅作法～三八哦！?恩架阿捏！難怪這麼好吃啦。
加上阿姨是用剪的，剪完偏小塊是我愛的尺寸 加分?

I looked at it after the second visit.
Howl! It turned out to be fried egg and spring onion cakes ~ 38! Grace rack pinch! No wonder it's so delicious.
Plus, my aunt is using scissors. The smaller pieces are the size I love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 回壯圍時必吃的在地早餐店，料多味美，完全不是一般連鎖店中央廚房的半成品可比。最喜歡九層塔蛋餅，用類似油炸的手法，但餅皮完全不油，非常香酥，還帶著九層塔的香氣。酸菜餅也很好吃，口味不會太重，酸菜味跟餅皮都很香。雖然比起幾年前漲了價，但以食物美味度和紮實程度，還是覺得是很合理的價格。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 壯圍在地的早餐店，早上六點就開始營業了，一直營業到下午五點，所以店名叫做 壯圍姊妹早午餐。最推薦蔥蛋餅系列，餅皮都是店家用麵糰現桿，再加上新鮮的蔥，揉製而成，口感吃起來就是跟一般早餐店的蛋餅不一樣，有嚼勁多了～又香又好吃！
來到壯圍，也入境隨俗的點份刈包來當早餐。軟嫩的刈包配上鹹香的控肉，加上香菜及花生粉點綴， 鹹甜鹹甜，讓人一口一口就吃完了～
對了！店家也有賣素食的早餐喔！
