About two years ago, through a friend's introduction, when I first visited "Beihou Temple", the first experience felt that the entire temple was not large, but the planning of the building and the design and construction of the garden can be described as meticulously crafted. The artistic and humanistic atmosphere (unusual and splendid) makes people feel very calm and peaceful in the temple, which is a very suitable place for "meditation". Some people say it is the Yilan version of "King Xiu Yuan". In the lounge next to it, drinking tea and refreshments served by the hospital staff, donating with joy; it is really wonderful to describe the construction spirit and construction process of the entire temple. My heart is more and more quiet, I don't think I love this place!

Around 1959, a monk known as "Master Nine Fingers" made a vow to make a clay statue more than 100 meters below the Miao Shi Temple at No. 23, Lane 103, Zhongxiao Road, Jiaoxi Township. Made by Chen Luguan of Lulushan Xuanfo Store[1]. Chen Luguan, also known as "Chen Chengguan", commonly known as "Optimistic Teacher", his grandfather Chen Qingbiao and his father Chen Yuanling used to work in Fuzhou, but they came to Taiwan after arriving in Chen Luguan [2]. Chen Luguan used the green bamboo of Jiaoxi as the skeleton, the bamboos were tied with straw ropes, the thick bamboo body was used as the backbone, the thin parts were used as the legs, hands, face, and ears, and the white stone feet were filled with soil. Material, when the clay is covered to a certain thickness, put on a layer of linen to increase the strength. After several days of air-drying, it is covered with a layer of soil and a layer of linen, and so on. Kim, which took about 2 years to make, was completed in 1964 or 1965[1]. The Buddha statue, together with the lotus pedestal, is 5 meters high [3], 3.3 meters wide [4], and weighs 11 tons [5]. Master Jiuzhi also left the Miaoshi Temple shortly after the completion of the Great Buddha, and he did not know where to go [1]. The Buddha statue was originally enshrined in the round tower built by Master Jiuzhi and others. Buddha statues made of clay are often difficult to maintain. For example, there were three clay statues of about 120-150 cm in the Miaoshi Temple that were weathered and disintegrated. In 2006, Jiaoxi Township carried out the rezoning of its own municipal land for the dedicated area for health and leisure. The location where the giant Buddha is located is located in the rezoned area, but it does not conform to the content of the rezoned area and must be relocated. The Miaoshi Temple itself is narrow, and there is no suitable place for the Buddha statue to be relocated. The believers threw their daggers in front of the Buddha and asked if they agreed to move to "Yuanshan" (referring to the Yuanshan Park in Jiaoxi). However, the relevant units did not agree, because the statues could not be set up in the park. [1]

Although the weather was not very good when I went there, it did not affect the solemn and quiet feeling of the entire Buddhist temple. I like all the buildings, hanging lanterns, and moving lines, etc. I like it very much. It is also very beautiful to take pictures. Please come. , I really want to speak quietly and quietly, please show your public morality, save all your excitement, and leave the Buddhist temple to the car and chat freely~ It's really beautiful here, and it's worth a special visit to visit the shrine. I didn't dine here during the epidemic period. I look forward to the next visit :)

A very Japanese-style temple, visiting on a cloudy day when the rain stopped, I thought there would be fewer tourists, but I didn’t expect that there would still be an influx of tourists from the tour bus. They had a viewing time limit, so they occupied the temple every They were shouting and taking pictures of each other in a corner. I didn't expect this to be a quiet place in Buddhism... It's a disaster like a locust crossing, pests! Aside from the pests, this courtyard is a very solemn and elegant Buddhist holy place, small but meticulous, worthy of more characterful visitors! I sincerely hope that visitors will not forget the original intention of visiting this place, take a leisurely visit, sincerely worship the Buddha, and of course take pictures quietly and gracefully to commemorate it is also a must, but don't take this as just a beautiful scenic spot, just take all kinds of exaggerated photos that occupy the scenic spot. , insulting the beauty of the Holy Land.

Unintentionally, the child brought it here to walk around and heard from the volunteers inside that this was the "Kingxiu Temple" in Yilan before. It was moved here in 101 and became Beihou Temple. The planning is quite complete and there are free parking lots. There is a very clean toilet very close to the intersection. Before entering the toilet, there are instructions at the door to change slippers to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. A solemn Buddhist temple, we stayed there for several hours, walking around and taking pictures. Although the base is not large, it has a simple Japanese style. Taking pictures and walking around will not feel restrained if it is dusk. There will be a lot of mosquitoes at that time, and there will be meals provided at noon as a way to pay as you like, (Tuesday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, the Buddha's safety noodles are provided), and there are also homemade biscuits gift boxes as gifts, which are very well packaged. elegant.

Beihou Temple, "Kingshuin" in Yilan It's quiet to walk around on weekdays Walk in about three minutes from the exclusive parking lot outside! not very far Although it is a solemn Buddhist temple, it does not have too many religious red tape. I like the feeling of walking here relaxed and unfettered take pictures, take a walk When Master passes by, he nods his head and says "Amitabha Buddha" naturally. For people who are immersed in capturing footage with a camera in hand will not be treated with concern or otherwise Not feeling like an unwelcome unwelcome guest really feel comfortable But I also believe that all good is based on mutual respect I sincerely hope that tourists who come to play can keep their hearts as guests, maintain the tranquil atmosphere here, don’t forget too much, and don’t leave garbage that doesn’t belong here together to maintain a clean environment
