★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本一直是最愛的魚丸米粉店，以前我們可以浩浩蕩蕩一行人，趁著短暫午休時間開車到宜蘭，就為了品嚐魚丸米粉+油豆腐，並且還要額外再加買魚丸回家跟家人分享，因為這家魚丸與豬肉比例恰當，湯頭跟香氣也特別。但這次路過員山特別來吃，卻發現口感不對，魚丸偏軟，香氣跟湯頭都已沒有以前感受的香氣，似乎是豬魚比例有調整過（與老人家小聊一下，果然，真的可惜了，口碑得來不易，守成很重要），下次再來應該會選擇附近其他魚丸米粉店。

In the past, we could drive to Yilan with a short lunch break, just to taste fish ball rice noodles + oily tofu, and buy additional fish balls to go home with us. Family shared, because this fish ball and pork ratio is right, the soup and aroma are also special. But this time I passed by Yuanshan and came to eat it, but I found that the taste was wrong, the fish balls were soft, and the aroma and soup were no longer the aroma that I felt before. It seems that the ratio of pig and fish has been adjusted (let’s chat with the old man, sure enough, it’s really a pity Well, word of mouth is hard to come by, and it is very important to maintain success), next time you come back, you should choose other fish ball rice noodle shops nearby.
