The outer skin is crispy and oil-free. The inner tofu is soft but not dry. A serving of 10 small pieces is quite enough. The kimchi is crispy and sweet and it goes well with the tofu. A serving is 45 yuan. Delicious~^_^ (The photo shows two servings)
