M	Mark Quin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVED the chicken !!! My family and I went to Yilan and stayed at the Yilan Westin (if you have a chance go to, it was a wonderful stay -- see my other reviews). During our stay, my wife decided to give this restaurant a try. The chicken was "the bomb" (it was GREAT). We had 2 chickens and pretty much finished the both off. The fish was also AMAZING ! I think it is a tilapia that is encrusted with salt, then baked in aluminum foil. We also killed-off the fish (amazing). We plan on going back to Yilan again next month and both the Westin and this chicken restaurant will be visited by our family again ! :) When we went to this place, it's in the middle of NOWHERE (but isn't that always the best place to find a great restaurant ?) 2021-09-25 We went back during our stay in Yilan. The chicken and the baked fish in salt is still REALLY good. We reduce the amount of food this time (1 chicken, 1 fish, veggies...) which was just the right amount for our family. I can't wait to go back...(of course chicken is one of my favorite things to eat...)
