一下說缺件,補給他東西,又說不對。
好,我問清楚可以了吧?
問清楚後,把東西寄出去,又來電說缺件,然後我問說我列出來給你看都說OK,結果是另一個人員自己搞錯以為又是第一次寄錯的。
自己弄錯質疑人卻一句道歉也沒有,這態度真的是嘆為觀止。
我開始嚴重懷疑明台產物這間公司的理賠部應該是爽缺。
然後呢?
我補齊文件之後,一聲不吭也沒跟我說理賠多少、收到文見有無、匯款通知有無,隨便塞了我給的費用甚至不到1/2的費用到我戶頭,要不是我有查帳的習慣,我是不是就放在那裡到我想起來為止?
一開始還跟我說甚麼全額理賠醫療費,讓我安心看診。
真是理賠前靠一張嘴,理賠後又換一種臉,呵呵呵。
要不是我自己還有預防萬一保險其他醫療險,而這家也不是我直接使用的保險公司,不然我可能直接解約吧。
奉勸其他想保的人多加三思,我真的沒看過這麼糟糕的理賠部。
文件資費也是我出,被撞的昰本人,搞得好像我才是撞人的那個。
體驗糟到懷疑人生。

自己保戶肇事過失全肇責,居然連談傷害補償金額都不談,還建議受害者去花費漫長的法律訴訟程序來要傷害補償!
按照交通規則正確的在道路上駕駛直行,結果被左前方混合車道,未注意後方來車,且未打方向燈號之駕駛車輛突然切入我車道,導致我方煞車閃避不及車輛失控翻車,駕駛人摔往混合車道差點被後方17噸連結車輛輾過。
本次車禍肇事責任案件經車禍鑑定委員認定:保險公司之保戶為全肇責!
事故至今已有一年多保險公司仍然不願針對我方車禍受傷一事後續傷害補償來談,連補償金額多少也不問!
從事故事發至刑事責任追溯其6個月的期間內,此保險公司,不斷的誤導我方等就醫將傷勢治療到好再來談傷害補償。保險公司這一行為有為保戶開脫逃避刑責的疑慮!
當保護沒有刑責壓力時對受害者在法律上的保障則是更加的沒有保障!
儘管傷害補償在民事訴訟上被判賠,但對肇事方可在判決前刻意脫產來逃避賠償責任,而保險公司也可只出保強制險的部分,最終受害方只能忍氣吞聲,得不到應有的傷害補償!
此保險公司面對無肇責受害方釋出態度就是,你去告保戶,反正被告的是保護,不是我們保險公司,法院判多少我們再賠多少的態度在處理理賠!
