如果你很務實，不是來健身房享受、滑手機、打卡而是運動，這裡該有都有，收費超級划算全，宜蘭縣沒有比這裡更好的地方了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曾經去健身一年 每天去除了六日，沒有空去健身，只有簡單的運動，喜歡自然風在運動會流汗，還是不要吹冷氣比較好，重點是去那邊很free,這樣對我而言，就夠了。
想要有很好設備，那你可能要花更多的錢，你大可可以去!

晚上人潮偏多，早上跟下午幾乎沒什麼人，如果不用上班在白天去幾乎不會有人跟你搶器材
不過場地龍蛇雜處，晚上老闆不在時曾見到其他會員在室內吸食電子煙，對於這部分比較在意的人要三思

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to lift. Small area but has all the equipment you need. Plenty of dumbbells, squat rack, bench, treadmills, etc. Though I never used it, it's also got some shower areas. $1000NT for 2 months membership, which is really cheap, even when I'm only staying in the area for 2 weeks.
