★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次露營活動找了「麥之鄉烘焙坊」
老闆從羅東親送到頭城的山上給我們，
到達時還是熱騰騰的，
50人份的餐點餵飽了我們60個大人小孩，
其中我最愛的是火腿小可頌，
還有綜合壽司，
白酌大蝦新鮮極了，
完全沒有沙筋，
像這樣經濟美味又可口的餐點，
必須推薦。

The boss sent him from Luodong to the mountains in Toucheng to give us,
It was still hot when it arrived,
A meal for 50 people feeds our 60 adults and children,
One of my favorites is the ham croissant.

店家回說我們客人都會自己先拿出來
還說下次結帳前沒拿出來就不能用？？？
買個麵包還要受氣！

蛋糕體都綿密濕潤,不會乾乾的,很好入口
法式楓糖烤布丁$160-果然是招牌商品,全家人都喜歡
金沙巧克力$170-巧克力濃郁,但上面沒撒杏仁角,與商品頁不符,少了一味,覺得可惜
香芋蛋糕$170-相較起來比較清爽,比其他家的清淡些
札幌烤餅$35-慕名而買,覺得尚可
店家很有環保意識,蛋糕若不需要提袋,可折5元,很好

蛋糕底部有沾黏到一兩片貌似不應該出現在食物上的紙屑，希望店家多加留意食品衛生的部分。

有一天在團購群組裡看到有人發起麥之鄉時尚烘焙坊（簡稱麥之鄉）的蛋糕訂單，腦波有點弱又沒有地理概念的我想說麥之鄉不過就是在羅東，乾脆先去礁溪泡個溫泉，然後再去羅東夜市，最後去麥之鄉買蛋糕就可以直接回家，真是一舉數得。雖然最後也的確是照這個計畫執行，但因為錯估從礁溪去羅東的時間，所以一度覺得不過就是買個蛋糕，千里迢迢真是自找麻煩。（艸）
麥之鄉外表看起來就是個很尋常的麵包店，店裡除了蛋糕之外也有各類的烘焙糕點。臨時起意造訪的那天，選了特濃巧克力慕斯（160元）跟咖啡凍布丁蛋糕（140元）兩款蛋糕，本體的尺寸目測大概是25*8*8公分，重量沒有實測，但光是那沈甸甸的手感，就足以讓人覺得店家相當有誠意。
特濃巧克力慕斯外觀有簡單的妝點和堅果，海綿蛋糕與慕斯交錯堆疊，讓口感多了層次的變化；同樣是巧克力風味，鬆軟的蛋糕嚐起來苦多於甜，綿密的慕斯吃起來甜多於苦，在嘴裡慢慢咀嚼，在嘴裡交織出和諧濃郁的滋味。
發現咖啡凍布丁蛋糕中間有一層芋泥的時候我有點嚇到，但我必須承認這個意外還算美麗。鬆軟的海綿蛋糕底依序鋪上柔滑甜蜜的布丁、細緻紮實的芋泥和另一層布丁後，加上最頂端那光澤晶亮的焦糖凍，風味甜而不膩，口感層次豐富，我很喜歡。
每買一條蛋糕都會送一張沒有效期的指定品項20元抵用券，對我這種不方便常去的客人來說，真的挺不錯呢！
