小時候的味道,淡淡中藥味跟川味、蕃茄牛肉麵不同。吃完有餘香在嘴裏,是宜蘭以前的古早味中藥醬油牛肉麵但不死鹹。滷菜豆皮很入味會一口接一口不知不覺就吃光,滷牛筋QQ的有些人會認為偏硬,我倒是喜歡這口感。斤餅現點現做還蠻大一份的,味道也是不錯。吃了一碗小的牛肉麵、滷菜,斤餅就包回家當點心。老闆娘說預計2020年的11月開始下午兩點半到四點半有可能會休息備料還是以店家之後公佈為準,要去吃飯的朋友稍微留意時間。

第一次吃 我承認 是衝著牛肉斤餅的好奇心來吃的 那麼這次的主角 牛肉斤餅 據傳是山東煙臺一帶流傳過來的料理 因為都是"秤斤論兩"在販賣 所以叫做"斤餅" 吃起來的口感 用普遍大眾比較熟悉的口感來解釋的話 比較像牛肉版本的一鴨兩吃的其中一種吃法 也就是麵皮包蔥白段+肉的吃法 不過差異在於"肉種類"和"麵皮" 肉種類:鴨肉換牛肉 (與一鴨兩吃做比較) 麵皮:跟一鴨兩吃提供的麵皮比起來,較有厚度 也多了焦香味、麵粉清爽香味,交織在一塊 但也因為麵皮是沒那麼高溫的,所以口感是軟Q的 不是一般吃蛋餅皮,外面會酥酥脆脆那種 店家切好的每一塊,因為我都是一大口塞 所以比較吃的到肉香、麵皮香、蔥白段的辣 味道層次堆疊上去 --- 再來另一個主角牛肉麵 跟其他吃過的麵體比較起來 我比較少吃到用較細的麵體來呈現 (比較常吃到刀削麵或是拉麵) 湯底的口感 很明顯,滿滿的八角味 後來查了一下資料 似乎八角是山東牛肉麵湯底的主要特色 正當我在納悶說怎麼最大碗的 卻是100元有找 原來呈現方式就是麵、湯、肉三元素的組合 要不然現在一般外面的牛肉麵價格 沒有150元也要120元左右 --- 整體來說很棒 而且這價格也讓我很有飽足感 (我算食量大的,所以一般食量者建議中碗或小碗) 有時間的話 會再來吃的呦~
