想到宜蘭哪裡可以買漂亮要送人或自己喜歡插花，我一定會推薦這裡，花材獨特又新鮮，包裝也很時尚?從小店開始偷偷關注，一直支持到現在，質感跟品質只增不減超推??

跟當初溝通完全不一樣….
我想要韓式花束，不要圓球狀，想以向日葵為主，溫暖色調，怕理解有誤還特地找幾張照片參考，店員小姐表示了解，訂單上寫「捧花」，後來闆娘在旁糾正，說那是「花束」不算捧花。
結果取花當天，我的花卻變成有一大束的包裝紙，要送人的那種？？？
店員小姐表示可能溝通有誤會，因為上面寫的是「花束」，不是啊…那是老闆娘自己改的耶…從頭到尾我都很強調是要拍婚紗照的韓式花束，我有找照片（當場也提供證明），店員小姐趕緊幫我拆包裝，然後加上幾枝尤加利葉，說增添活潑感，就這樣結束。
我很難過也很無奈，因為期待很久……
可是真的差太多了….
不怪店員小姐，她們很客氣和親切
但請老闆娘在製作之前，確認好當天跟妳溝通的客需吧？這不是基本的嗎？

並願意全額退款
基於店家此事積極處理的態度
給予良好的回饋
但少了一顆星星
是希望之後可以再避免此種情形
