但此步道環境優美，鄰近河流與稻田，有不少在地人來此散步。距離羅東市區也不遠，若想嘗試不同景點的人可以來這晃晃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 距離羅東車站約1.6km步行約20分,前段櫻花目前已開但花況不是全面盛開的，有少數幾株較盛開的有些已開完冒葉，後段河津櫻有花苞預計下個月盛開！
