1.口感很特別，油炸後不油膩，單吃卜鴨肉會越吃越涮嘴
2.已經半飽的消費者，卻找不到哪邊可以繼續消費的，可來嘗鮮
缺點：
1.如果要追求飽足感的話，可能口袋要夠深
2.部分的卜鴨肉，口感會偏硬
(解決方法：可利用高湯泡軟，當鴨肉酥湯來吃喝)

我猜可能是店租偏貴吧 (近羅東夜市)
所以份量上偏少
不過口感是不錯的
單點卜鴨肉的話是蠻像小巧零食的
另一個卜鴨冬粉就是冬粉湯+卜鴨肉
湯底有些許的韭菜和豆芽菜
口味上比較清淡

因為要在這邊追求飽足感的話
不太建議
advantage:
