★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude attitude with not even okay drink, its not customers fault to order a medium size drink when you run out of the medium size cups, not to mention that the female clerk basically rolled her eyes right in front of me and said “I freaking don’t have the cups!” For a big chain tea shop to have such awful service its more than a huge shame but also caused a terrible reputation for the brand. They should at least learn how to make a proper drink according to what this company told them to or just fix your horrible attitude.
