★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這種店不是就是提供一般不懂五金的民眾詢問購買, 店員不懂五金專業態度也要好一點 ,搞得好像是客人的錯 ,被人問倒了就說是客人自己要懂 ,不是他們的工作, 推卸責任的態度令人咋舌 貴公司是應該要好好進行內部訓練才是。

相比之下 另外一位簡姓員工 態度友善 待人親切熱心 也會給予專業的解答
