大概10點左右就會賣完 每天生意都非常好 豆漿有一個焦香味 喜歡焦香味的可以來喝 蛋餅是屬於那種粉煎蛋餅皮很軟傳統 重點是都很超值喔

煎包好吃,外皮薄,內餡高麗菜不錯,蛋餅屬於傳統調粉煎餅皮加蛋的做法,鹹豆漿中規中矩。但這次購買時感覺不好,因為有插隊的阿媽出現,一走進來就對裡面的人員說我要什麼,都不管前面有人排隊就亂插進來大聲點餐 ,然後是點餐人員已經告知她要排隊,她還理直氣壯說我是跟裡面的點餐,重點是裡面的“做餐阿姨們”還真的就幫她先做,不曉得那我們乖乖排隊的人是在排什麼(現場已經有排隊人潮約四位)。

[小房仲美食不孤單-羅東阿珠姨豆漿店] 這家店是從國中時期吃到現在,將近30年了,但國中時我並不喜歡來吃這麼傳統的早餐,但老爸喜歡這裡的味道,不知道從什麼時候開始,不吃會懷念這個味道… 豆漿中總是有股焦味,小時候並不喜歡,長大後卻愛上這股微焦的味道,反而覺得沒有這焦味的豆漿不夠味… 我每次必點的是「鹹豆漿+蛋」和蛋餅… 「鹹豆漿」是出了社會工作後才喜歡的,豆腐必需夠濃,做出來的鹹漿才能結出好吃的豆花,我想這就是為什麼豆漿會有焦味,加上蝦皮、油條、香菜和菜脯,很恰當的調味,還有剛剛好的辣油! 我有試過在台北吃過鹹豆漿,但很難找到喜歡的味道,甚至有許多怪味道出現!所以每次回宜蘭,早餐我總是先想到這裡的鹹豆漿。 「蛋餅」這裡的蛋餅是粉漿餅皮,吃的軟糯的口感,但我必需強調,熱呼呼的蛋餅真的好吃,但有幾次遇到溫的蛋餅,讓我有種「早知如此就不點了」,所以我每次看到店家煎好一堆等客人點,我都會要求要熱一點的,我可以等沒關係!那口感真的天差地遠… 「煎包」雖然我不常點,但蠻不錯吃的,是包高麗菜,剛起鍋的還可以吃到鮮甜爽脆。 「燒餅油條」是老爸的最愛,我個人是不喜歡這樣的組合,所以我不太點就是了,但這裡燒餅和油條都是自製的,只是單純我個人喜好問題… 我不會說這裡東西有多好吃,因為我相信許多吃習慣一般早餐店的朋友,對豆漿有「焦味」是不能接受的,也很多人對豆漿吃「鹹的」也不能接受,所以,這裡的美味,我是喜歡的!對我來說就是「充滿記憶的味道」!
