★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是在地為數不多好吃的麵線，口感滑順而不膩口，因為添加蒜泥的關係，使味道更有層次；大腸處理的很好，吃得出中藥香及滷過的味道。另外，辣椒醬是老闆親手炒製，喜歡吃辣的饕客，絕對要來試試。（如果不加香菜或蒜泥的朋友，都可以請老闆為您調整唷！）
