排骨酥當招牌“當之無愧”,燉到可輕易將骨肉分離,肉嫩、嚼感、肉汁卻都還能保留。湯非清爽卻不油,入味順口喝得出“花時間處理”。 乾麵類靠油蔥酥香撐場,鹹味夠,不加其他調味料也很好入口,古早味十足。

我是歪嘴雞?! 這冬瓜排骨湯還蠻清淡的沒有燉煮的味道….也沒古早味有些可惜,排骨因為湯頭清淡所以也不是很入味。 滷肉飯…正確說法應該是肉燥飯,口味一般般,只有醬油味。 一碗排骨酥米粉要價90元,有點小貴。 整體來說,沒有難吃,但不會讓你驚艷。 嚐鮮嚐鮮即可!

A bowl of crispy rice noodles with pork ribs costs 90 yuan, which is a little expensive. Overall, it's not bad, but it won't surprise you. Just try it out!

@我覺得味道剛剛好喔!湯帶點偏甜。 @現場有免費紅茶可以喝。 @排骨麵還會有個小盤子可以放骨頭,不用隨便把骨頭擺桌上。 @如果麵條有多種選擇更好,換成陽春麵的麵條或是牛肉麵那種較粗的白麵麵條可以更對味喔。
@I think the taste is just right! The soup is a bit sweet. @There is free black tea to drink on site. @Pork Ribs Noodles will also have a small plate where you can put the bones, so you don’t have to put the bones on the table casually. @If there are multiple choices of noodles, it would be better to switch to Yangchun noodles or thicker white noodles like beef noodles.

We love this place. This is our #1 go-to when we have a visitor-- we ALWAYS get the páigǔ sū"guiya" (排骨酥粿仔麵.) A hearty portion of melt-in-your-mouth fried pork ribs swim next to sweet, silken braised daikon radish, fresh cilantro, and wide, tender, slippery, handmade Taiwanese "guiya" noodles! Complemented with a couple plates of chilled side dishes and you get a nice variety and a fast, flavorful, satisfying, well-priced meal. I'm not sure I'd drive from another town for it, but if you're in Luodong and don't know what to eat, this is likely to do the trick! Owners are friendly, decor is nice for a regular noodle joint, and even the old music track on repeat is nice.

I was very satisfied with the noodles and side dish. I do think that the pork probably should be braised and not fried, because when fried it has a breaded, crunchy texture, but it will become soggy when added to a soup. No body want to eat soggy fried pork. But the taste was good. I would come again, but I would order a different dish.
