★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and relaxingly paced dinner with all dishes made to order. Rich balanced taste, with home made wasabi to match the excellent fish cuts. It includes delicatedly cooked meat - e.g. iberico pork - and desserts. All flavours in the right amount, without shrill tastes. Atmosphere is calm as well. Recommended to reserve in advance.
