★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我第一次看眼科（懷疑有夜盲症），醫師很仔細的檢查跟解說（疑似初期症狀），並建議我去大醫院再做更詳盡的檢查（長庚醫院才有的儀器），若確診才能做進一步的治療（慢性病），護理師也很禮貌，是個很愉悅看診經驗
 It was my first visit to the ophthalmology department (I suspected night blindness). The doctor carefully checked and explained (suspected the initial symptoms), and suggested that I go to a big hospital for more detailed examination (the instrument only available in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital). For further treatment (chronic diseases), the nurse is also very polite, it is a very pleasant experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻煩請領藥室外面張貼一張”等叫名在進入”的告示，很抱歉，我以為我小孩的檢查卡送入後我就可以進去等領藥，也比較著急的檢查了我兒子的檢查卡，我以為這該會是醫生填寫，殊不知你們的作業流程是領藥處的人填寫，當我發現還沒填寫時，你可以選擇告訴我你會協助填寫，別不耐煩一副是我打亂流程，因為沒告示沒告知，頭一次帶孩子檢查我不會通靈知道流程是什麼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶孩子來看診和複檢七年了，每次每號看診大約3到5分鐘，簡潔直接。今天卻等了近一個小時還是同一對台北來的中年夫妻，從來沒有這麼久過。
For seven years, I have brought my child to the clinic and re-examination. Each visit is about 3 to 5 minutes, concise and direct. Today, they waited nearly an hour for the same middle-aged couple from Taipei, which has never been so long.
