然後提前告知店家說會自行準備蛋糕秘密慶生,店家也非常熱心幫忙!

從前菜到主餐都讓人吃得滿意,餐點豐富,盤飾用心多樣,視覺效果很讚,使用了不少當地食材,各種食蔬、三星蔥、超大顆的九孔、南方小捲、飛虎魚、馬頭魚、牛小排、豬舌頭後段等等食材,每一道料理主廚都會介紹並詢問口味是否OK。
精緻的料理、簡單的調味,搭配約喝越香的自然酒,吃到後面有滿滿的飽足感,算是CP值滿高的無菜單料理。

通常過千的無菜單無非就是比食材跟廚師們的創意了。wine pairing則是另一塊撐起價格的原因。
這次得到春季菜單,顏色搭配跟菜色發想都不同。
蝦子藜麥沙拉:蝦子上佐有檸檬作出的果凍,搭配炸得恰好的頭有蝦膏的香氣,很棒的開胃小點。
干貝佐瑩烏賊黑虎魚餃:黑虎魚餃很不錯,有創意。
鮮九孔佐魚膘慕斯:九孔還在活跳跳可以看見廚師快速處理現煎,煎的時間一分不差,再久一點就是難咬了,是廚師的實力展現,慕斯不腥讓海味更上一層。
自製叉燒拉麵:取代湯品的小品。叉燒有特殊香氣。
現煎馬頭魚:完全考驗食材鮮度的菜色。
主菜的牛肉倒是可以想像的水準,搭配昆布鹽、玫瑰鹽跟煙燻鹽。
冰花海香菇蔬菜塔:口感像是鹹派跟大阪燒的結合,義式口味的結束,唯一稍微味道重一點的菜品。
比台北一堆高檔鐵板燒以炒飯為結束有趣多了?
?抽到邊邊位置,另一位廚師有介紹菜色,算是不錯,可惜沒有wine pairing的介紹,如果能結合樓下的酒單或是其他飲品的搭配更好。以1500的入門款套餐來說很不錯,也適合台北專程一趟的程度?

坦白說,我覺得很失望⋯
1.餐點沒有很讓人驚艷,味道非常普通,兒童餐的蒸蛋甚至沒有味道⋯連高湯味道都沒有⋯
2.餐點的擺盤品質不一,有一道有鮑魚和龍鬚菜的,兩個副手做出來的東西都不一樣,裝飾的配色也不相同,我有拍餐點的習慣,真的醜到我不知道怎麼拍,重點是,有人的好看、有人的不好看,為什麼我就要拿醜的?
3.龍蝦是重頭戲,但是是拿去低溫烘烤,不是用鐵板現煎,我吃過墨賞和饗宴很多次,沒有吃過龍蝦被處理成這樣的⋯真的很失望。
4.一頓2500元的甜點,給我的是銅鑼燒⋯⋯一點精緻度都沒有⋯連杯咖啡、飲料、果汁或熱茶都沒有⋯也沒有解膩的水果醋⋯
5.吃完根本沒有飽的感覺,之前吃完都是會很撐的
6.煎台在右邊,我們是在左邊的位置,主廚上半場只對右手邊的客戶講解菜色,左邊的根本聽不到 下半場才稍微有改善,結果上了龍蝦也沒有人說明菜色,還是我問了才回答的。
7.現煎魚很好吃 但是卻只有馬頭魚這樣的等級⋯
8.山藥排骨湯很好喝,但是排骨硬到白爆,主廚真的有吃過嗎?肉端上來乾乾的看起來就很難吃,加了熱湯一樣難吃⋯
總之錢花的很不爽,看了評價滿心期待的來用餐,最後是滿滿的失望。
我不會再來了,也反推這間餐廳,如果老闆有在看,你的菜單和服務跟廚師技術,有很多改善空間⋯

4. For a dessert of 2,500 yuan, I was given Dorayaki... There is no refinement at all... Not even a cup of coffee, drink, juice or hot tea... No fruit vinegar to relieve tiredness...

6. The frying table is on the right, and we are on the left. The chef only explained the dishes to the customers on the right in the first half. The one on the left couldn’t hear the food in the second half, and only slightly improved in the second half. As a result, no one explained the dishes when the lobster was served. 7. Freshly fried fish is delicious, but it is only at the level of horsehead...
8. The yam pork ribs soup is delicious, but the ribs are so hard that the chef really eats it? The meat looks unpalatable when it is served dry, and it is as unpalatable as hot soup...
