前前後後至少搭了10年了,一直都沒有對葛瑪蘭失望過,站務員也都服務很好

在萬華車站要搭車,打電話去詢問得知萬華站無法直接上車必須先下載app買票才能上車,買票之後要打給板橋站但打了20通都打不通,最後只好打去宜蘭站詢問相關事宜 ,令人非常不愉快的乘坐體驗。
I wanted to take a ride at Wanhua Station. I called and asked to find out that Wanhua Station could not get on the train directly. I had to download the app and buy a ticket before getting on the train. After buying the ticket, I had to call Banqiao Station, but I couldn’t get through after 20 calls. 這是我搭了10幾年葛瑪蘭,第一次在這裡做評論;今(2022/6/1)搭12:35返回羅東的班次,當時耳機沒電,座位上剛好可以充電,於是我就將耳機連同機盒拿來充電,班車到羅東時我不小心睡著了,當時還是聽到司機呼喊“羅東站到了”,於是急衝衝的便下了車,但耳機卻不小心遺落在車上,我便馬上致電貴公司,一開始客服人員很客氣的聽我講述過程,而對方回覆我說有進一步了解會再通知,可我等了半小時都沒有電話回覆,而我又再一次致電客服,回應的態度讓我覺得有點消極,我都已經報了我當時坐的時間及位置,然後他卻說司機沒有看到,我真懷疑是司機沒檢查還是耳機司機收走了,亦或者被下一位客人拿走了,但我心想剛回到宜蘭的車子不會馬上又回台北吧,而我第一時間便致電詢問,而我等了半小時沒回應就算了還要我自己再打電話詢問,這樣不是很奇怪嗎?讓我覺得很不是滋味,誰會願意東西遺落在車上的,只是想再找回來而已有必要這樣嗎?

This place provides the worse bus services between Yilan county and Taipei. The drivers are often extremely rude, especially if you misplace your ticket (you have to give them a ticket when you get on and once again give them a ticket when you get off). The drivers also are unable to explain the rule in English, so if you don't speak Chinese they will literally yell and scream at you. Happened to me twice and I've seen it happened to others many times as well, even yelling at elderly people who misplaced the second ticket. The other bus companies do not have this silly rule. Additionally, when asking about travel times they will give inaccurate estimates--they mindlessly recite "no less than fifty minutes!" Then you arrive an hour and twenty minutes later. Other bus companies and drivers will give actual estimates based on the traffic of the day.
