★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真正老麵做出來的饅頭和包子，麵體非常有彈性，壓下去一定回彈，這家的老麵不是酵母活力太弱，就是摻雜了一般發酵麵，老麵僅佔一部分，實在不能稱之為老麵。咬起來也有點黏牙，但價格與弣近幾近老麵饅頭相較卻豪不遜色的高，一點也不推。
那些高評價如果不是店家朋友，就是沒吃過真正老麵的可憐人。我是被人潮騙過去的。唉！
