 When I entered the line, I wanted to ask about the matter. After picking up the phone, I turned around and repeated the same thing. I repeatedly said the same thing to the three people. It was so easy for the third person to listen to my question, but the suspicion of the answer was unclear. Really think that your unit should change the phone, and surely the regular bank is my ultimate choice!
