★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森林的環行步道，出入口都是在蔣公行館旁邊.全程大約1個多小時即可走完2.1公里，天氣微熱，走在山中
真的是三溫暖的汗流夾背…除了熱還是熱???
 The forest's circular walkway, entrances and exits are next to the Jiang Gong Xingguan. The entire journey takes about an hour to complete 2.1 kilometers, the weather is slightly hot, walking in the mountains

輕鬆好走 小朋友也可以
園區標示路程要60分鐘
但腳程好的人大概40多分鐘就可結束
空氣清新 享受新鮮的森林芬多精

Easy to walk, children can also
The marked journey to the park takes 60 minutes
But people with good feet can finish it in about 40 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來要去神木區，後來才知道要先預約！只好改走森林浴，跟著導覽老師走比較不無聊，第一場比較不會那麼熱
I was going to Shenmu District, but later I learned that I had to make an appointment first! I had to go to the forest bath instead. It’s not boring to follow the guide, and it’s not so hot in the first session.

When staying at Qilan Resort, you can walk along the Xiaotaishan Trail and take a forest bath. It is 2.1 kilometers circular. The trail is well maintained, gentle and easy to walk, fresh air, and rich in ecology!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 1.5 hour hike. Beautiful trails that loop behind the hotel. Taros and ferns are abundant and some giant trees in between. Easy walk and not many people. Monkeys everywhere. There is old rest area along the side. We really enjoy the hike and would pay entrance fee just to come here.
