告知服務人員需要飯也都上來兩碗的量
但是一桌有十個人耶

店家先上高山茶及紅茶各一小壺～清香好喝?
陸續上菜後，有點驚艷，菜色多及份量足，且很有特色，餐後另附上水果及茶凍～若有再到太平山，值得再訪，也推薦各位可至店品嚐～

After serving the dishes one after another, I am a bit surprised. The dishes are rich and the portion is full, and they are very distinctive. After the meal, there are also fruits and tea jelly.

因為很久沒吃茶餐所以想試試看。沒有單點基本上只有合菜，$2800有七道菜一湯。服務生沒有介紹每道菜是什麼，所以只能回去看相片，招待的兩壺茶還不錯。不過菜色部分最好吃的就是炸茶葉（真得好吃）跟茶葉割包（不過肉的味道普通而且有些肉大小不一）鱸魚跟豆腐還可以不過沒什麼茶味，茶燻鴨還不錯不過都是骨頭，沒什麼肉，麵線沒有貓空的好吃。炒青菜稍油，山豬肉不錯，冬瓜湯太鹹。茶凍口感怪怪的，不知道是否重複冷凍解凍。
其實真得很希望可以吃到好吃的茶餐，可惜除了割包沒有什麼特殊菜色或者驚喜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our party of seven pre-ordered a set of the NTD 3000 preset menu. When we arrived, some of the dishes were already on the table. The rest of the dishes were also served within thirty minutes of our arrival.
The set included nine dishes, a plate of thin noodles, a plate of fried dough, ten cups of tea jellies, and guava.
The proprietor also treated our group to a plate of fried tea leaves and fried sweet potatoes at no extra charge.
Given that the proprietor also operates a tea farm, most of the dishes served that evening were infused with tea flavor or cooked with tea oil. Because of this, the dishes were more satisfying than typical fares found at other restaurants.
I'd rate the quality of the dishes a solid three stars. An extra star was added due to the unique cooking method, the prompt serving, as well as the willingness of the proprietor to serve our group beyond the typical closing time.
It is a place I'd consider a return visit.
