★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在較偏遠的南山部落山區能吃到現弄熱食感覺真不錯，記得好幾年前上山時大概只有路邊烤香腸燙玉米或者泡麵可以吃，而現在店家變多也有全家變得更方便了。價位跟台北市區基本上差不多，肉燥麵跟牛肉麵老實說口味是中規中矩而已，牛肉肉塊口感有點像料理包肉塊口感挺奇特但並不會乾澀，湯頭還算不差。而亮點則是高山高麗菜跟滷味拼盤，味道還不錯也有一定份量。路過南山除了加油買青菜之外也可消費用餐一下拼在地人的經濟喔~
 It ’s great to eat hot food in the remote Nanshan tribe mountain area. I remember that when I went up the mountain a few years ago, only roadside grilled sausages, hot corn, or instant noodles could be eaten. Now there are more stores and the whole family has become more convenient. . The price is basically the same as that of downtown Taipei. The dry noodles and beef noodles are honestly satisfactory. The taste of the beef noodles is a bit like the taste of the food but the meat is not dry. The soup is not bad. The highlight is the assortment of high mountain cabbage and lochi, which tastes good and has a certain amount. Passing Nanshan, in addition to refueling and buying greens, you can also consume and eat for the economy of local people ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵、牛肉湯都不太OK...是我們家對牛肉麵太挑了嗎？肉湯不夠濃郁很淡，味道也不太對，牛肉肉質聽家人說也很不OK，滷味的魚板腥味很重，滷汁也不香...只有高麗菜好吃，拌一些滷汁即可突顯自然甘甜新鮮高麗菜。
Beef noodles and beef soup are not very good...Is our family too picky about beef noodles? The broth is not strong and weak, and the taste is not right. The quality of the beef meat is not OK when heard from the family. The stewed fish plate is very fishy and the marinade is not fragrant... 牛肉麵湯頭偏甜是南部口味，配上一點辣油後，可以解一點膩，又超香提味
滷味很驚艷，豬頭皮是煙燻的口味，米血也Q彈好吃
滷味夾完後，老闆娘還會再加熱加醬，醬的味道也好吃?
整體菜色偏鹹，重口味會喜歡
下山來一碗很棒

I had beef noodles + bees for lunch and Gongwan noodles for dinner. I had no choice but to eat him for both meals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵是一般的寬麵條，牛肉湯聞起來有種藥材的味道，但嚐起來沒什麼味道，牛肉吃起來蠻老的完全沒有鮮嫩的感覺。
The noodles are ordinary wide noodles. The beef soup smells of medicinal herbs, but it tastes nothing. The beef tastes quite old and has no freshness at all.
