一塊豆干5元有點貴,而且沒有其他小菜,魚丸湯小粒飛虎魚丸3顆25元,以宜蘭魚丸湯算是少。魯肉飯跟乾麵也算少,真的不用特地去!

老闆跟老闆娘兩人而已,需要等一下下等到你時老闆會問要什麼餐點。麵真的有他特別的地方,簡單的好味道,滷肉飯也不錯。只是吃完碗裡有點油…但也是香氣來源!冷冷的天早上快六點就能吃到熱騰騰的麵、魚丸湯,真是幸福!買回家吃還加了蛋,愉快的早晨!ps.老闆其實很親切。加辣味道也很棒。

老闆固定周日公休,店內所有醬料配菜都是老闆夫妻倆自製。許多細節吃的出老闆夫妻的用心。 滷肉飯通常中午前就會售罄。有看到有評論說覺得滷肉飯售價偏高,但我來了第四次才終於吃到滷肉飯,我很驚訝其中的細節,第一肉量不少,第二是醬油的香氣甘醇,絕不是廉價化工醬油製成(我本身也是餐飲職人),成本上比黑麻麻的其他滷肉飯高上許多。第三絞肉是瘦肉的絞肉,我猜老闆又覺得沒有一點油花不那麼好吃,所以我在裡面吃到了肥油,但塊體很小,且剛好的Q,更神奇的是這些小塊塊油花竟是刀切的外型,不是絞肉機絞出來的外型。讓整體覺得是瘦肉的滷肉飯卻又帶有少量油花的鮮甜度。第四一般滷肉飯不會給香菜(雖然有些人不愛),但甘醇醬油香加上新鮮香菜的Mix,傳達台式樸實的滋味。我個人覺得老闆的用心,35元一點也不貴。 乾麵的醬汁不會過多或過油,老闆娘還好幫你先攪拌過才上餐,自製辣椒醬是一種說不出來的辣,還帶有一點麻,有獨特的特別。我最喜歡的是老闆娘自己炸的油蔥酥,絕對金黃色!沒有任何一粒是焦的!在拌好麵條與醬汁之後才會放上,所以吃入口中會有卡滋卡滋的脆度。老闆跟別家麵店一樣用油麵醬油烏醋油蔥,但卻因為他們的用心,製作出跟別人不一樣的風味。 每次從台北去宜蘭玩,只要是營業時間內,我一定要先來吃一碗,就像我明明要去礁溪,但卻先開來羅東吃乾麵再往回開去。 這是一家值得特地前往的美食店。

The braised pilaf makes the whole feel lean but with the fresh sweetness of a small amount of oil flowers. Fourth, the general braised pork rice does not give cilantro (although some people do not love it), but the sweetness of the soy sauce and the Mix of fresh cilantro convey the simplicity of the tabletop. I personally feel that the boss's intentions are not expensive at all. The sauce of the dried noodles will not be too much or too oily. The proprietress has to help you stir before serving. The homemade chili sauce is an indescribable spicy, with a bit of hemp, which is unique and special. My favorite is the fried onion crispy fried by the proprietress herself, absolutely golden! No one is burnt! The noodles and sauce will be put on top, so it will be crispy in the mouth. The boss uses oil noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, and scallion like other noodle shops, but because of their intentions, they create a different flavor than others. Every time I go to Taipei to play in Yilan, as long as it is during business hours, I must come to eat a bowl first, just like I obviously want to go to Jiaoxi, but I first come to Luodong to eat dry noodles and then go back. This is a food shop worth visiting.
