★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場服務人員態度良好，唯總機人員未確實告知會客流程，一趟路從台北到宜蘭收容所，卻未能見到收容人也無法將食物交給收容人。是美中不足，祈望所方督促改進！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ banyak petugas nya. cowok2 .muda2.hehhehe.dan cakep2.. tapi tegas.mereka bagian periksa koper atau barang bawaan yang akan di berikan kepada nara pidana...tidak boleh bawakan coklat.no chocolate . boleh bawakan koper. atau baju2 buat napi. penjenguk harus daftar dulu. by fax . di kertas a4. dan copy identitas. setelah itu di beri jatah kapan waktu jenguk.. ku lihat di peraturan nya tiap hari rabu dan minggu.. jam 2-4 sore.. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 探視收容人所攜帶食品，總重量不得超過5kg,會客室會有磅秤稱重，並且攜帶之所有食品，均需用“透明”塑膠袋包裝！
凡是需沖泡之飲品，例如咖啡或奶粉、泡麵…等；凡粉狀類一律不收，菸酒藥品也不行！！
此外，會見收容人時現場飲用所的飲料，僅限鋁箔包，易開罐一律不接受。
因見過探視者帶著一堆水果食物來到這裡，結果超過限制又帶回去，實在很辛苦。
會客室門口有飲料販賣機，裡面另有販售babe卡一張170。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食物重量並沒有太嚴格限制，注意餅乾類可以攜帶，但透明包裝是會客時，移民署人員會拆驗再裝進透明包裝，請大家不要被誤導，移民署要檢查餅乾食物產地來源，另巧克力收容人無法帶入收容所，飲料只能在現場飲用，餅乾夾心的不可攜入，另寄存行李內衣褲不可放入；還有移民署人員雖是服務性質，麻煩大家詢問時，對他們多多給予友善與尊重
