★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔬菜汁發酵製成色澤略帶微綠的臭豆腐了，剛炸好的臭豆腐外酥內嫩嫩，我最喜歡在臭豆腐上壓一個小洞，塞入泡菜一起一口吃的吃法。媽媽的朋友甚至會為了臭豆腐，特地從宜蘭市開車來吃，在路邊的小店，生意興隆，人潮川流不息，這次為了拍炸臭豆腐的畫面，意外發現店家還有賣鴨頭，口味跟我平常常吃的略帶甜味東山鴨頭不同，比較像是鹹酥鴨。
The vegetable juice is fermented to make stinky tofu with a slightly green color. The freshly fried stinky tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I like to make a small hole on the stinky tofu and stuff it with kimchi and eat it in one bite. My mother's friend even drove from Yilan City to eat for the stinky tofu. The small shop on the roadside was booming with business and crowds. This time, in order to take a picture of the fried stinky tofu, I accidentally discovered that the store also sold duck heads, which tasted the same. The slightly sweet Dongshan duck head I usually eat is different, more like a salty crispy duck.
