好不容易揪到大家一起出遊,網站照片拍得很好看,
但實際狀況非常糟,馬桶沒清乾淨有異物,
當下馬上聯絡老闆,出來應對的是管家,還被反問怎麼了嗎?
因為在入住前已經多次跟老闆說明很注重清潔,以及反應網路上的負評希望可以更加嚴謹清掃,但現場真如網站上負評所言!非常的髒,灰塵滿佈,所以當下要求老闆出來說明
但應對的永遠都是管家,並且說明週六聯絡不上老闆,
這個處理方式及態度我也是很佩服

退房原因如下:
1.房間內充滿霉味
2.地板都是灰塵
3.地上甚至有蟲的屍體!
4.浴缸內有蟑螂大便和蜘蛛
5.床單也是髒的(黑污一大片)
以上敘述真的一點都不誇張!
針對第一點,我們一打開房間門,馬上開除濕機,發現除濕機沒有運作,啊一打開水箱才發現,原來是因為水是滿的耶,連除濕機的水都需要客人為您倒掉呀!
第二點與第三點,與民宿負責人吿知時竟然說因為這間房間有一段時間沒有人住了,所以沒有再打掃一次?!或是民宿負責人說的因房務人員需帶小孩看醫生而疏漏檢查?
再來是第四點,浴缸內有蟑螂大便和蜘蛛,在電話聯絡時竟然說是正常的現象?!請問哪個消費者願意花將近8000元的金額入住像這樣的房間呢?
電話中已告知所有的問題點,也明確表達要退房!在第一時間的處理,民宿竟只願意退將近6成的金額,剩下需要消費者自行吸收!請問所有的問題都來自於民宿本身,為何消費者需要幫您吸收呢?後續還反問消費者覺得退多少可以接受,代表您根本沒有了解為何我們會選擇退房!
雖然最後有接受到全額的退訂,但是因您表達希望我們撤除google評論,我們認為不該讓其他人再遭受欺騙,所以評論是不會撤除的!
身為同業者,對於您的經營與管理,真是引以為恥。旅遊本是一件開心的事,卻因為我們找房的失誤,為這趟旅程留下一個非常不愉快的回憶!
***大家所賺的都是辛苦錢,請你們將心比心!用這種經營的態度來賺取大家的錢,您覺得合理嗎?另外,也不明白您為何可以將您的民宿定價定的如此高,卻無法呈現出匹配這定價的水準!

我們並不是威脅您,而是請您本著良心處理這件事,當天我們總共有五位親臨您現場(其餘兩位為當地人,我們是有良心的消費者,絕對不會超住的唷),看您所謂的已確實整理過的”25坪擁有超大窗景的湧泉泡湯四人房”平日房價6599,假日+1000等於將近8000的房價唷!
五位都可以為我們當下所看到的情形為您寫一篇符合事實且絕對合理的評論,不會請一些根本沒來過的人為您寫下一星負評唷!
另外想說明一下,我們不是什麼尊貴的客人,承蒙不起您這樣形容,還有圖片的情形,絕對不是所謂的”主觀性清潔”,任誰都無法接受吧!拒絕升等房型是因為已經不想再給予第二次的機會,深怕再受傷害一次呀!
此篇評論只是想留下來提醒其他人,若您對於環境有著中等的標準,想要選擇這間或許需要三思唷!

The second and third points, when I heard with the person in charge of the homestay, they even said that because this room has not been occupied for a while, so it has not been cleaned again? ! Or the person in charge of the homestay said that the inspection was neglected because the housekeeping staff needed to take the child to see the doctor?
Then there is the fourth point. There are cockroaches and spiders in the bathtub. When I contacted you on the phone, it was said that it was a normal phenomenon? ! Which consumer is willing to spend nearly 8,000 yuan to stay in a room like this?
All the problems have been told on the phone, and it is also clear that you want to check out! In the first processing, the B&B was only willing to refund nearly 60% of the amount, and consumers needed to absorb the rest by themselves! Excuse me, all the problems come from the homestay itself, why do consumers need to help you absorb it? In the follow-up, I also asked the consumer how much refund is acceptable, which means that you have no idea why we choose to check out!
Although we received a full cancellation in the end, because you expressed your hope that we will remove the google comment, we believe that other people should not be deceived again, so the comment will not be removed!

The weekday price is 6599, and the holiday + 1000 is equal to the price of nearly 8000!
All five of you can write a factual and absolutely reasonable review for you about what we're seeing right now, and won't ask someone who's never been here to write a negative review for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality almost reaches average. The lady host looked beautiful as an innocent angel. Yes, innocent angel.
From the moment I booked to the very moment we checked in, the host was not awarded of our order and appearance although we have fully prepaid already. After we called, the host showed and asked us for a usd55 surcharge to upgrade our room to a bigger one immediately. However we found the truth was the room we ordered wasn't cleaned for our stay in early evening(17:30 arrival, their check-in time is 15:00). Although we finally got a discount on the surcharge into usd20(in return all of us have to check-in on Facebook as public posts and rate 5-star for them),the check-in was totally a disaster.
After we entered the room and I open the so-called ready bed, there was plenty hair and dust in between the duvet and the bed sheet, which made me could only sleep as fully dressed to prevent touching with my skin directly. The logic of interior design was also a mess; air-conditioner blows straightly to the bed and everything in the bathroom located at strange places. Breakfast was only breads bought from nearby bakery with soybean milk and banana.
I have told everything I experienced from this guest house. I hope people who considering staying here could have full awareness of the possibility to confront situations above. Cheers.

not enough towels and toothbrushes. Although retuning 200 NT…but this is not about the money. Doesn’t worth the price.
