★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然房間數多，但對於包棟需求的人，公共區域略顯不夠，空間不夠、桌椅不夠。
基本設備（桌椅 沙發 餐具 床 枕頭 棉被….）老舊。
最基本的環境整潔度非常需要加強！整棟空間都有發霉的味道，尤其是廁所的部分。地板、沙發都長一層灰，棉被有霉斑，枕頭有很明顯的難聞氣味，對於過敏體質的人，真的非常不友善。
停車位的部分，是鄰近的特約停車場，有小小孩也稍稍不方便！可能需要在訂房時，特別提醒住戶！
唯一滿意的地方是，早餐送餐很準時！

The part of the parking space is a nearby special parking lot, and it is a little inconvenient to have small children! It may be necessary to remind the occupants when booking!
The only satisfaction is that the breakfast was delivered on time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境看起來很漂亮，但是實際入住感覺不好！！客廳沙發髒污嚴重，一坐下去整個陷下去，可以明顯感受到裡面彈簧已經跑出來，去廚房拿餐具發現竟然連筷子都發霉.房間一打開霉味很重，必須馬上開冷氣除濕，床頭櫃跟沙發有一層灰，廁所馬桶蓋一打開讓人驚呼，有難聞氣味和一整圈泛黃和一點一點黴菌，讓我還拿濕紙巾擦也擦不掉！就在本人驚嘆不以時走入房間，竟然看到棉被角落有一圈泛黃跟一點一點黴菌（大約男性成人大人一手掌大），本人住過台灣很多家民宿，這家讓人感受到業者的無心經營，且讓人不敢恭維！！
