我吃的是一個胡椒餅加一個蔥餅：
1. 豬肉肥瘦恰當，不會有咬到肥肉那種很膩的口感。
2. 餡料調配極佳，胡椒量剛好，不像有些胡椒餅只是一味的加重胡椒，多半是過猶不及。
3. 面皮嚼勁100分，做工實在，不知怎麼形容，就是那種俗稱老麵糰做出的那種口感。
大前天開車去花蓮的路上，經我姐介紹在此解決午餐，竟然是意外的驚喜。決定回程要再買多些帶回家。
This pepper cake is worth five stars. Currently, on Google Maps, the "charcoal grilled fresh meat pepper cake" is marked in the parking lot, which should be across the street. There should be only this one there, so you can't make a mistake.
I had a pepper cake and a green onion cake:
1. The pork is fat and lean, and it won't have the greasy texture of biting into the fat.
2. The filling is excellent, and the amount of pepper is just right. Unlike some pepper cakes that just add pepper blindly, most of them are too much.
3. The dough is 100 points chewy, the workmanship is real, and I don't know how to describe it, it is the kind of texture that is commonly known as the old dough.
The day before yesterday, I drove to Hualien. My sister introduced me to solve lunch here. It turned out to be an unexpected surprise. Decided to buy more to take home on the return trip.
