宜蘭地區是蔥油餅爭奇鬥艷的戰場，而這次介紹的蔥油餅位在中山路上的合豐天津蔥抓餅就在蘇澳車站前的7-11旁，最近來買幾乎都要等20分鐘左右，下午三點才有營業，原先都是固定修禮拜六，但近期老闆娘說有事情才會休息，所以基本上假日來蘇澳的朋友都是可以吃得到！
合豐天津蔥抓餅的蔥抓餅口味很多樣，價位會依口味不同而有所價差，但每樣的用料都很實在，愛吃肉的朋友可以點選豬肉、牛肉、鮪魚等來品嘗，而這天我們則是點選九層塔以及起司口味，真心要說真的很好吃而且老闆娘超級熱情，很健談喔！
