I called to ask if there were any tools for lawn mowers. I don't know if it was the proprietress or who. I answered the phone in a bad tone. In the end, I bluntly said "there is no such thing", and then hung up the phone directly. Or is the other party who answered the phone unwilling and impatient to answer customer questions this time, or is it not a regular customer or a local customer who is unwilling to have a good tone :)
