小時候去對面圖書館都會買御茶園冰釀綠茶跟吃這家麵
不過最近有時候沒豬肺點不到有些失望

I haven’t eaten it for about 7-8 years. I missed the braised pork very much, but it was a lot worse than I did before. The meat was dry and astringent. The 50 yuan braised pork came up like leftovers.

炸醬麵的炸醬有勾芡跟想像不太一樣，不過味道還可以，細麵麵本身不錯。

The sauce of the fried sauce noodles is not as thick as expected, but the taste is ok, and the thin noodles themselves are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken rice is cheap and delicious. The chicken strips on the rice are finely threaded and the sauce is delicate and not overly oily or salty. Soups are good as are the side dishes (bean curd, seaweed, braised egg, boiled veggies). Not much for ambiance or service (though boss is friendly enough) but they do seem to put much effort into an otherwise simple meal for us to enjoy.
