★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to study French, this is one of the better options in Taipei. The reception area looks professional. There are magazines and books to view at your leisure. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the refund policy, the textbook, and courses.
During my assessment, I spoke to Bruno. He was very kind and was quickly able to assess my level. The assessment takes about an hour - reading comprehension, grammar, writing, listening, and speaking. It costs 250NT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behind the counter are having trouble providing information with details to newly registered learners. Zero people skills. Worse of all, the mini library where French audio video data n books are displayed are meant to be display only. Limited access for certain. By the way, the textbook supplier couldn’t have a proper conversation with customers without being rude and excessively self-awarded. Maybe I sound like being quick to judge; don’t buy it all from me. Go pay them a visit and try to have a causal talk with them, and you be the judge.
