芋頭:吃的出芋頭顆粒和熬煮出來的綿密口感，糖味沒有搶過芋頭味用心的料理。 質量超出份量與價格;餅皮本人所偏好硬脆口感，這裡為軟的口感。
奶油珍珠:本人非烘焙專科，奶油餡無法分辨其口感及味蕾差異，但總體感覺一般，珍珠彈性為正常。
特殊口味:混合了西瓜、無籽葡萄、奇異果、兩種餡料【一白色、一紫紅色】。 有種甜而不膩清爽如其名口感。
少一顆星是任何廚藝沒有完美，只有職人精神永續，感謝您為美食界的付出。
