去取回相機後,發現他把我的相機跟保護顆分開來,保護殼還被放在店家的雜物堆中?

幹你都不用詢問客人的意見就把照片丟掉??貴公司服務態度是這樣的?上面的照片也不是沒有顯現出來,只是差一點點就可以拔出來了。然後就這樣把它丟掉?
店員小姐態度是很好(畢竟人家只是負責販賣商品,不是他們的錯),不過你們內部處理的方式有夠糟糕
大家如果要來修的話完完全全不推薦這家。

另為證明此事絕非憑空捏造,附圖為當日買下之相印機,消費金額3650元。
去年11、12月左右我與女友原欲於網路商城購買相印機及其皮套,但經詢問可至實體店面使用實體振興券購買,我們便決定改為現場取貨。
然而由於相印機已經缺貨,被告知調貨需要3至4個月,我們選擇預訂相印機與皮套,並請對方於到貨時通知取貨。
日前我們獲悉商品已經到貨,我們便約好3/19或20至此門市取貨,到場後卻說皮套缺貨,必須調貨隔天才能取貨。
詢問為何不事前告知沒有皮套,先是說我們沒有告知詳細取貨日期,所以才會無法配合,我們說已經於網路告知後,店員竟開始強詞奪理。
店員說:「我們有皮套,只是需要從其他地方調貨。」這是什麼神邏輯?現場缺貨就是無法取貨,難不成台灣沒貨的妳要堅稱「有貨,只是要從日本調」?簡直不可理喻。
我們並未態度不佳,只是難掩失望之情,反口問一句:「既然如此,怎麼不前一天調貨,那現在還要讓我們跑兩趟?」卻得到一句冷冷的:「沒辦法,我也只能跟妳說抱歉而已。」
今天如果能夠有誠心的道歉,而不是先推卸責任,再強詞奪理,最後不以為然,我認為即使不滿意也還是能接受並釋然。
請好好反省,團隊內部沒有正確交接客戶的訂貨日期,導致無法正確取貨,可以用來當作理由尋求原諒,但都不該是拿來搪塞消費者的藉口。
作為4.2星的高分評價卻是如此服務態度,在這裡稍做搜尋後也有數筆針對店員服務態度欠佳的評論,表示這並非個案。
