★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆跟闆娘很親切，店內環境很日式風，讓人很舒服。水信玄餅第一次吃，蝶豆花口感加上下方的黑糖，吃起來味道多元且調和。除了手沖，特調的西西里，杯壁邊沾滿鹽巴，再配上裡面的微酸感、汽水、再加上濃縮咖啡進去，整杯調和好喝。

手沖單品品項也很多，一定可以找到自己喜歡的咖啡，不過開車停車可能需要思考一下，加油站巷子有停車場，或者要到忠孝一路找看看路邊白線了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日3是個值得停留一段時間細細品嚐咖啡、茶、點心，轉換心情的好地方！
拿鐵的醇厚，靜岡抹茶拿鐵的海苔餘味（沒拍到..），特製櫻花玄餅，西西里火山咖啡，每一品都好喝好吃又好玩！
老闆還招待品茗-嘉義紅茶，茶香尾韻十足，下次考慮也來一杯。
老闆對咖啡與特調的熱愛，應該不是三言兩語可以表達的，除了上面所列，也有一些special的飲料~~~
購買咖啡用具，老闆也依照預算推薦，細心分享差異比較！

The boss also entertained tea - Chiayi black tea. The tea is full of fragrance and rhyme. I will consider a cup next time.
