墨	墨珂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 排氣系統差到爆，住戶規約沒有約束性，樓下的在浴室抽煙，樓上的整間都是煙味，浴室到客廳房間沒一處躲得過，住這裡遇到沒品的抽煙仔就是準備整天呼吸煙味過生活，找總幹事也只會說貼公告勸導，公告還很假會的附上環保局電話，事實上要找的是衛生局及都發局公寓大廈管理科，打去環保局根本白打。 The exhaust system is so bad that the resident regulations are not binding.
