In July, there was no case, and the previous website name was wrong and the photo was not satisfied. The decision to apply for a refund was no longer a cooperation. The company said that because the photo has been taken, the file has been given, the cost of 7,000 yuan is taken by the outsourcing photography company, so it can only be refunded 3,000 yuan. We finally compromised. For the last time we spent 7,000 yuan on photography, I felt that I didn't get the corresponding photo quality and service (compared with our wedding dress, pregnant women, baby photography). Part of the file I ran their office for the first time. As a result, their equipment was not supported, and they said that they would send it to my mailbox. As a result, they could not download it without sharing. After they found out, they said that they would upload to the cloud hard drive, but the link failed for a while. The third time they promised to upload it again and no longer delete it, so I was not in a hurry to download, but because I was afraid that the link would be invalid, I would open it. Sharing in your own cloud account, as long as they don't close the share, the link doesn't work. After getting a refund of 3,000 yuan, I found out that the cloud sharing photos disappeared in October. After the company saw my message, it said that the link was invalid, and I gave it to me again. The overall feeling is really bad.
